"Unprofessional staff. Every time I call I get a different number of my payoff amount. I would suggest writing every convo down and agents name when you talk to someone. I call to pay my full amount and they are trying to charge extra. When I had called and they gave me a specific amount prior. Had to argue for them to fix it. Just Ridiculous! How can you mess up on a payoff amount? Because they can adjust payoff interest and rates and will change it every time."
