"I work in a restaurant and I am very vigilant about cleaning and sanitizing after each patron. I haven't seen the worst of the ER at ADVENTHEALTH... Until APRIL 9TH! A hallway of 40+! I only came due to my symptoms and my primary doctor's request. I had a difficult time finding a social distance in a waiting room and ended up sitting on a rock solid chair for over 3 hours! While waiting I saw people comeing and going. Not once did I see any sanitation procedures done. I witnessed at least 10 chairs that were available and no one I mean NOT ONE STAFF MEMBER made any effort in keeping up with the volume for the guidelines of cleaning the vacant spots EVER!Reason for my visit was my entire left side of my body was numb, tingly, disconnected and felt like I was being zapped for 2ish days and my primary doctor sent me there. This fine establishment was about to explode with the amount of patients waiting. I stretched when I could and continued to wait. I watched my surroundings to see if I recognized people prior to me. I witnessed 4 separate people leave prior to being seeing. After 3 hours I got up from "rock of a seat " and asked when and where I was at in line. Apparently I was next. (Depending upon ambulance situations). I finally was sent into a room only to discover blood on the floor (not mine) and a needle top with blood on the counter that wasn't mine either! (PRIOR TO MY BLOODWORK)!!! I had a "CT" scan and bloodwork done. My results were normal. However the "Dr." On duty wanted to admit me over night and schedule an MRI and hopefully a neurologist. I declined only because I was only 2.7 miles from my own home and why would I stay when she said she wasn't afraid I would die but that if I came back less than 8 hours later I would have to go through the entire process again. Well, with blood on the floor and a random needle I chose to check out! My journey started at 4pm April 9th I left around 11ish that same night."
"I have always had fast and friendly service here. Granted it is not the cheapest pharmacy in town but it is certainly handy to get Rx filled when at the doctors office, located on the campus."
