"I used to love this pharmacy. It was open 24 hrs a day. Now, not only are the hours during when lots of people work but they were CLOSED on Saturday. They open by the time I am driving to work and closed by the time I get home. It is asinine."

"CVS at 75th & Metcalf, i am so disappointed that you are eliminating the position of Care Concierge: in particular the CC at this store named Bob. For more than a year, Bob has been working here and he always has the best attitude. He interacts with and offers help to every customer he encounters in the store. I can tell he treasures his job. I was dismayed to learn that Dec. 31 is his last day, because CVS has decided to eliminate his position. I am a very frequent customer at this store, and my visits here will not be the same once Bob no longer works here. I can tell that Bob is sad that he will not have this job much longer. For a company that brings in so much money, I would think that CVS would work with a truly awesome employee like Bob to find him a comparable position within the company. He is one of the best workers you have."

"Incredible slow staff, obnoxious beeping and a 20 minute wait (which turned into a 30 minute one) to refill a prescription. Tried calling to refill said prescription so it would be ready, but after getting hung up on 5-6 times 15-25 minutes on hold a piece. Tough to like this location."
