"The worst staff, the worst service, in the pharmacy and in all areas of the store, they closed the pharmacy window in my face, because it was already 7:00 pm while I was already in line some time before, they could not serve me for 1 minute, just to pay, to take my medicine order."

"This pharmacy is a joke. Yeah pricing maybe helpful when not having insurance. But what does not help is getting refills when needed. Every time a refill is needed I need to call the pharmacy 3 different times and call my doctor as many to confirm they received a refill. We had switched to another pharmacy and then back to walmart and they same issue. The staffing at this pharmacy is worthless and the extra money is better spent elsewhere to get a prescription on time and not being lied to about sending over a fax."

"I've worked in retail before, so I get being annoyed by the public, but most of these employees are rude for no reason. It's very apparent they hate their jobs. Any time I ask a question I get no acknowledgment or an eye roll with attitude. God forbid you ask for help when they're having a personal conversation or on their cell phones as well. There's maybe two people there who are a delight to encounter! If this Walmart weren't conveniently close for grocery shopping I would not shop here."

"Most everyone working here acts like they are doing you a favor just being there. They seem put out if you interrupt their personal conversations or phone calls to ask them something that is part of their job to answer.There may be 2 or 3 that actually still care about customer service. What gets me the most, is when there's long lines at the "self help" checkouts and there's 3 or 4 people standing there watching you trying to hurry and unload your cart, ring things up, sack them and put them back in the cart and then pay, but they don't budge to offer any kind of assistance. That's bull! Wish I could post with zero stars!"

"I switched from another local pharmacy because Walmart cares enough to have the lowest drug prices around. During the switch from one pharmacy to another, there were many lengthy conversations with different staff. Each and everyone of the pharmacy staff were kind, helpful, courteous and caring. I have never received customer service of this quality from the past pharmacy that I used for many years. I have never once been made to feel like I was taking too much of their time. Even though I am new to this pharmacy, the staff members already act like they know me when I call. I can't thank you enough for making the transition from one pharmacy, that I have dealt with for some 30+ years, to your pharmacy-as smooth and comfortable as possible."
