"I was offered a free ride for my last review...but I asked for employment and haven't heard from them yet,I prefer to be treated fair as a customer,and would not want to work for a company that would be dishonest with the people that count...us the public.Sorry but I will not change my review...I have a car but was having some issues and could not rely on a reputable company (NWA Taxi)to get me to my appointment and I called at 7:00am for a 8:30am pickup for my 9:00am appointment,two weeks later and still no cab.I was offered a free ride,and an apology by the owner but still have a $25 fee for no show for my appointment."

"My son and I were stuck in Rogers so we called NWA Taxi and after he got the pertinent information, he quoted us a price, which we accepted. He listens to great tunes and makes polite conversation if you want to talk. I talk! Lol When we got home he told us that the price was actually a little less than he quoted but I was so grateful for his honesty that I insisted on paying the original price and of course, we gave him a nice tip! He was very pleasant and I definitely recommend you call NWA Taxi next time you need a ride, I know I will! Honesty is hard to come by with the taxi companies we have here in Bentonville!"

"The driver was very nice and courteous. His car was clean. However I called the day before for a reservation and the lady had a terrible time even taking it. She kept asking for my name over and over again. Then, kept forgetting the street name. At which time, she apologized because she had a very sore throat. At the appointed time the taxi did not arrive. I waited 20 minutes and called. The dispatcher told me that she only had one driver on this morning, but he was on his way. He must have been in another county. It took that much longer. The long and the short of it - they were 45 minutes late. Not acceptable. The only reason they get two stars is because the driver was a nice guy. I will try Dynasty next time."

"I really wish I could give it 0 stars. I called this company at the last minute to get a ride. When I called The dispatcher originally quoted me 20 minutes. I repeated that with question, and then she clarified that it would be WITHIN 10-20 minutes. I did call them last minute, and I was having an emergency so I said okay fine. I waited longer than 20 minutes, Taxi never comes. I then call back checking on the location, the dispatcher knew who I was and proceeds to tell me the driver is NOW HEADED TO ME, and that it would be AT LEAST ANOTHER 10 MINUTES!? At this point I’m furious, and told the dispatcher to cancel my ride, So she HANGS UP IN MY FACE! Very rude, no customer service skills at all. And if it was going to be a long wait why was I not told that in the original quoted time? This service should not be in business."
