"They don't care about kids and are guick to exile them without understanding all kids hardships are different. We just moved my son in the district a month before schools. We also find out his grandmother had little time left due to cancer. He made 1 mistake and they choose to kick him to the road. He was compliant and honest and all they showed him was it didn't matter"
"I went there to address the fact that they advertise following CDC guidelines concerning covid 19 but when a child has Covid their siblings are not even required to mask up to come to school. They're not even required to tell us they're siblings have Covid per their guidelines. They inform us of a child who had the same class for 50 min as someone with Covid but a sibling who lives in the same house has covid they have no policy in place. Which is why we can't get this under control. They were very polite but their answers are pre-scripted. I believe this school district is one of the top in the country we need to set the example. We need to do better."
"The adults are children. Completely ineffective, unresponsible, uneducated, not reading or email people, and without good judgement. Hired for their appearance. Reading skills are important."
"The majority of the teachers don't care if your child fails. They will not give you a lesson plan or let you know what assignments are due. They have online grade books, but they don't update them in a timely fashion. So if your child is missing work or got an "F" on assignment, you won't know for on average 10 days. They will not notify you if your child isn't turning in work, or if your child is struggling. They will only "find time" to email you if your child mis-behaves. You'll do fine if you have a well organized, self starting, motivated honest child. But if your child struggles with those things. Well you might want to check out other alternatives. Or you'll be doing lots of summer school or online classes when your child fails."
