"If I wasn't committed to shopping with local businesses I probably wouldn't come back to Poor Richards. They usually come across as irritated and it feels like I am bothering them. I feel like I have to work hard to be their customer and show a lot of patience. The younger chick who works there is fairly rude and seems to not appreciate customers. The only time she speaks kindly is when she is saying goodbye. They do good-enough work and are a local small business which is why I will return, but I always leave interactions with them dissatisfied and feeling really put-off."

Then they made me a punch card have of them were damaged and they never replaced them . That wasn’t a big deal for me . But I ordered some menus to be done . They never Got back to me with any proposal. Then I called the lady told me will get back to you . They never did . I will never give them any business any more"

"I have been using Poor Richard's for years, for printing, shredding and other services. They are always very friendly and professional, their prices are very reasonable, and they take care of jobs like shredding immediately. The shredding customer can wait or simply leave the materials with them. I trust them to shred personal financial documents, and simply drop the documents off, pay (by weight) for the documents, and leave. I have never had a single indication that our financial information goes anywhere but into the shredder. Very trustworthy place!"
