"I have never once had a prescription ready when they said it would be. People are nice enough but it’s really frustrating to be on extremely time-sensitive meds and not be able to get them when you need them."

"They take forever (sometimes hours) just to answer their phone. CVS app is buggy, their software system is slow and doesn't update or retain new information. Staff is okay but obviously understaffed for their traffic. Can't even get my scripts transferred to another pharmacy after multiple attempts. Worst pharmacy I've ever had and will never go back to CVS after this experience."

"Order sent to pharmacy at 1 PM on Tuesday totally ignored until I stood in line and asked about it. Then took until 3 pm the next day to be filled. Tried calling pharmacy from waiting area and noticed ringers were muted which explained 1 hr wait on hold followed by 30 minute wait on hold before I drove up there."

"This store rated zero I could give it negative numbers possible on customer service in their pharmacy department. There's no general manager at the store and it is a sweet absolute mess. Your pharmacy staff is getting berated by the pharmacist and they are treating people so badly and that so I will never switch her. In fact I'm moving my prescriptions away from CVS pharmacy because this you just don't treat people like that."

"My daughter made an appointment at the minute clinic online and when she showed up to check in a gentleman cut in front of her at the kiosk. It took him awhile to enter all of his information so her appointment time expired and he took her slot. There were no other appointment times available and she was sent away. They need to have a better system, not right that she got her slot taken away while she was waiting in line!"
