"Foxberry Estates has more amenities than any other comprably priced subdivision. The community is vibrant with many children that enjoy the brand new playground and the wonderful pool adjacent to the 4800 sqft clubhouse. Brand new walking trails installed in August of 2019 wrap-around the three stocked ponds which will have two exciting aerating fountains on the bigger ponds installed soon."
"Foxberry is a great place. The saltwater pool is great and the giant clubhouse has recently been refreshed. Lots of new homes going up, in the 300's-400's. Tons of families with kiddos running around everywhere. Removed enough from the city so that its quiet, and you can see the stars at night. But close enough to the city that it's only 7ish minutes the nearest grocery store."
