"If I could leave this place a lower score than one star and still leave a comment I would. Employees were terrible. Shop looks trash. Floors dirty and dusty. Walls got stains. Customer service was horrible. They took everything personal and lied about their prices that they quoted right in my face. If I was corporate I would just close this location. The area got enough garbage around it."

"Absolute worst experience of my life. I was treated like garbage by every single employee in here. One lady working the counter with piercings in her ear told me the manager had just gone out to lunch and will return by 11:30-12PM , which is totally understandable. I would’ve waited, but they asked me to come to the counter and started making rude comments about an authentic designer handbag that I brought in. Then, a male employee came to the counter as well and asked me the same questions, then called me a liar to my face. I couldn’t take it anymore and walked out as I’ve never been treated with such disrespect in my life. I don’t recommend coming here unless you want to deal with underpaid, disrespectful employees who take out all of their frustration on potential customers / clients."
