"Took my bike in for the free lifetime tuneup 2 years ago and they did a great job. I didn’t take it in last year, but I did this year. I was informed that management no longer offers or honors the free lifetime tuneup, but they would do it this year. Well, after a week, my bike was done but I couldn’t get it for another few days. Well, today was that day! I looked at my bike and it is my belief they did absolutely nothing to it. It looked so bad that I went back into the shop to ask what is included in the free tuneup, because it obviously isn’t what’s listed in the priced tuneup of 89.95 (and not what was done in prior years). They didn’t even have time to wipe it down while “tuning” and that is included in the tuneup. To top it off, I took a friend in to buy a bike and when we picked it up, it didn’t have the kickstand and the tires were not inflated, so they definitely didn’t test ride before delivering. Maybe it’s management, maybr it’s policy maybe it’s the employees…either way…horrible service."
