"They say that's how to help you but there's no really good help either they don't have the funding or they can't find anything that you can use"
"Unfortunately the sack lunches, clothing resources, and help/programs are usually over shadowed by 2 or 3 ladies in charge of drop in center., with exception of Zane and one other lady. Zane n his co worker are hard working, willing to put in extra mile and very friendly. However the 3 ladies in charge of drop in center have somehow along way become judgemental, in professional, and has allowed their personal feelings intefer with their professional commitment as neutral individuals who not only motivate but also encourage and educate on resources available and best way to utilize these services. In stead they laugh in clients faces, ignore certain people to point it's very noticeable, make people feel uncomfortable from petty unnecessary comments, and blatantly treat some better much better than others, and borderline bullying is best way to describe behavior of staff ( just the 3 in charge or considered to be leaders) so while lunches ,a shower, and access to wash your Personal clothing is very much needed and very helpful, these ladies are actually turning people away from this beautiful facility by behaving at times worse or more immature than those looking for help in first place. So yes worth stopping in on occasion for services but if staff would be fair, not act as if they are better than or that their giggles are directed at specific people it would ten fold be wonderful place. Also for job titles these ladies in charge really find no new resources or network to help individuals coming to center beyond perk of eating food taking shower or washing. There are many more resources available in area and would be very beneficial to clients. Zane you sir are one man only and it's impossible to do everything however the things u are able to do are much appreciated and noticed thank you. Your a good example and very down to earth friendly person."
"They are always there to help and support. They are the best. Thank you."
"The people that work there r rude and snotty. Don't want to say it but black and white thing going on their and it is very obvious."
"My in person visit on the 16th was great, I was treated respectfully and helped in any way they were able. Had to speak to Kim today, and it was simple information I needed cleared up, but she spoke to me so condescendingly that I ended up hanging up and deciding I’ll have to stop into the office again to be treated with respect."
