CVS Pharmacy 4841 Bauer Farm Drive, Lawrence, KS 66049

"It’s always a bad day when Jeff (or Geoff) at the pharmacy answers the phone. He usually ends his phone calls with an aggressive “Well, if you want to take your business elsewhere, you can!” as though this were a McDonald’s and not a pharmacy with supply chain issues. I know this because I’ve witnessed him saying it multiple times in the store and was on the receiving end of it twice. Even though this pharmacy is painfully short staffed, they would be better off without his terrible attitude. He has the attitude of someone who should’ve walked off the job months ago. He has the attitude of someone who should not be working with patients. He, alone, has made their supply chain issues (not being able to receive needed medication) a horrendous experience for me. Hire better, CVS."

"Impractical hours, often no one at the register, have before had to ask to be helped at checkout while two employees stood in eye contact distance and chatted. Not a very serious operation."

"The only reason i use CVS pharmacy is because AETNA reguires it. Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru with no one in line before i was even acknowledged. 1 customer in the line at the counter. Every time i come to this store there is an issue. Very poor customer service."

She was very patient with the insurance individuals she dealt with in order to obtain the answers we both needed to understand the insurance company’s position on this issue. She knew the right questions to ask and was very persistent until the insurance company provided the correct answers. A very smart pharmacist. Highly recommend Pace."

"When I used to work at Walgreens in a different state, we had to ask customers to drive in circle so we help the next one in line until we get their Rx done for pickup. This is my 6th time I use this drive thru and People don’t move. They just want to wait at the window. Please CVS do something"
