Bart, the gentleman who administered our shots, was so patient and kind while we both tried to calm her down enough to get the shots. It took nearly 25 minutes and while I was losing my patience with my daughter, he was calm and showed no signs of frustration. Unfortunately we needed another employees help to get it done, but she was also very kind and understanding."
