"Everytime I refill meds and especially new med orders I get confirmation from my doctor what was sent to the pharmacy then I get texts from the pharmacy saying meds are ready. 2 med orders from 2 separate doctors the pharmacist personally deactivated in the past 3 months...mind you 2 different pharmacists and both females! I'll wait for 1.5-2 hours average because only partial med order filled and ready! Btw I'm handicapped which makes it very heart breaking to not be able to get meds I have valid Dr order for and the mental anquish and physical pain while I wait! This is ridiculous that a pharmacist can deactivate and refuse to fill a medication order especially from E.R. or directly coming from the Dr office for pick up. I've also been a nurse of 16 years!! I know what's legal and not and this my dear friends is NOT!!!"

"I dont mind this pharmacy but I'm curious why they have to know exactly what your diagnosis is for a pain medication. Ummmmm I'm sorry but thats a hippa violation and unless you're a doctor thats none of your business, especially if you're only a pharmacy tech."
