"Horrible experience First I called and spoke to the manager, explained I'm a dv survivor looking to move home with my kids I need a 3 bedroom She told me she had 3 available , she could waive the application fee and see if I qualify I applied and never heard word back despite calling several times. I just decided to go ahead and pay the fee. After several days of waiting and being told I'd be contacted by Wednesday I'd heard nothing. All my calls were forwarded. I left a message and Friday morning I received a text stating they had rented the property. I was a bit confused as I'd applied for 3 so I called to confirm if it was just one that had been filled or all 3. I stated I understood they have to go with the most Qualified I just wanted to know if I was waiting on the other 2 properties or needed to continue my search The lady who answered the phone was horribly rude. Told me I didn't get it because I had a bad job and poor credit which is not true there may be better Qualified peopl but insulting a potential customer especially one that's paid you a fee is wildly unprofessional. I hung up deciding this place wasn't for me due to the poor attitude anyways. I received a call back a few moments later demaning to talk to candy. Clearly not me but I digress. She was also rude but did explain the simple question of if the other two had been rented. She also told me she has a 3 bedroom she is not renting because a neighbor has threatened to k*ll A CHILD of her tenants and the cops have been called 30 TIMES I told her I'm not thrilled with my service and I'd be leaving a review and she tried to blackmail me into not leaving one which I pointed out is high illegal. I'd use extreme caution renting from these people."
