"It's a Apartment complex that I did not go inside, I know nothing of it, what i do know is the parking lot needs the holes repaired."

"Very noisy next to the highway. They will find a way to keep all of your deposit no matter how clean you leave your apartment. Also I was told that my last months rent would be prorated because they found a renter to take my apartment but that didn't happen either."
"The people that run this company prey on people with no renting experience. The location is horrific, the parking lot is a struggle to get in and out of, the water treatment plant is nearby so it smells somewhat strong, and it's filled with college students, which is why I feel they prey on people. I'm new to this town and they omitted all those details so I had to waste time, effort, and gas just to find out that I would be paying 579 a month for, quite possibly, the worst apartments in town. Anybody who pays over 300 a month for these is a fool."
