"I have always been happy with the service I received here in the past. However, I am considering switching pharmacies as there is a pharmacist there that is often short, impatient and rude. Also, they seem to be out of medications more frequently and that's frustrating."

I was trying to refill my prescription while on vacation, at the Wal-Mart Pharmacy in Mobile Al, it was a nightmare, the Pharmacy Tech was obviously not trained very well. After calling you I called them back, and the second tech I talked to was very rude and short with me, obviously she realized the first tech screwed up, and just took my info. No apology for treating me like I was trying to refill a controlled substance instead of my blood pressure meds. Yicks, somebody must of kicked all there dogs today. "Never very well stocked, staff stands around and talks in the aisles in the back of store and no help can be found for upper shelf assistance in the grocery. Might as well be used as a JADEHELM facility."
