"After moving in I was bullied by the staff of RHNPH AND theretind. The staff has no regards for your privacy made clear there disregard of even knocking on my door before useing there key to just walk in.when confronted I was told they didn't know I was home. One of the elderly residents was almost Beaten to death in his apartment! My lease is up in December and I don't care if I am homeless I am leaving! Sencerly a Disabled Man"
