"I've been for a few visits. At night, during the summer and warm months, the front is riddled with roaches. As it gets colder, the roaches subside, but the residents remain scattered across the curbs. They're all friendly, but haggard, reminds you of a souther bus station. The elevator makes you wonder if you'll find your next destination or your final, but for whatever reason, you'll roll the dice because the stairs are awkwardly elongated. Overall, it's not bad for what it is, its an apartment building in a desolate wasteland."
