"When we first started renting our current apartment (duplex) we were managed through Martin Management here in Sedalia. About 5 months into our lease the homeowner decided to switch to Pioneer. These people are the worst people I have ever had to deal with when renting. They do not care if something in your house is broken, they won't fix it. Our heater broke, in December, and was not fixed until mid February. This company is absolutely horrible and will not help you if they can avoid it. 0/10. Do not recommend this company."

"I have been dealing with PPMG for about 6 months now and my family and i are pleased with our home ( for the most part). When dealing with an issue the one bright spot has been the support we have gotten from a PPMG Rep named Crystal. She reaches out to us about our concerns in a very professional manner; then stays on top of Vendors (doing the repairs) all while getting back with us to make sure we are pleased with the work. Crystal is definitely an employee who should be cherished by the company. Along with David and Jessica the PPMG Tean is enhanced by their presence. These 3 employees do whatever is needed to satisfy their residents. Kudos to Crystal and the others for going above and beyond!"
