"Me again. Finally got a new dishwasher. But this is how the installation went. Pipes weren’t connected and now my downstairs bathroom is full of water and pouring water from ceiling. This is Ridiculous. I’m so done with this management. I’m ready to wash my hands and get a lawyer and get out. This is the worse company I’ve rented from 0 stars. Do not waste your time here."
"Hello. It’s me again, 5 weeks later. The pipe issue has been resolved but we are still living in mold. The vendor was able to tear down the floor but this is what we are left with. This can’t be safe to live in right? You had submitted a request for a property manager to contact me but the request was closed and no manager has reached out to us. I am severely sick right now because I am highly allergic to mold. From this picture, it looks like the floor that was installed was installed over old mold. I cannot emphasize how I’m unhappy I am with this company. It has been the worst we have ever dealt with. I’m surprised you don’t have that many lawsuits. My name is displayed, I know you will advise me to email to the wecare email but you don’t care since I still haven’t spoken with a manager or this mold issue has been resolved. It is way past 14 days. It has been 5 weeks of us living and breathing mold. Please have Mr. Michael King reach out to us since everyone has good things to say about him, maybe he will listen to our major health concerns."
"The way this company operates is unprofessional and they do not care! I have heard, through multiple families, that there is no sense of urgency when it comes to fixing problems. My sister and her family are living currently with a major leak coming from the light bulb! That is a fire hazard and this company doesn’t care. This is a family with TWO KIDS one of them with severe autism. They are living with no running water. This is no way safe for them not to mention this is a potential fire hazard and they aren’t even offering to reimburse them for hiring a plumber since they didn’t provide one for them and they also didn’t offer to temporarily move them to a different house or hotel while the problem was being fixed. Instead my sisters family is stuck in the house with no running water for who knows how long. They shouldn’t be paying rent for this month for a mistake the company should fix and be responsible for."

"Run! I was waiting to leave my review but I’ll start now. Second month in and rent went up without reasoning, the amount shown is not what I agreed to. A lizard crawled out from the carpet/base board, spider central, and the flies on the siding of the house, awful. I hate living here. Run. Don’t waste your time. I will also add on, when I moved in the toilets were taped shut saying do not use without reasoning, one of the toilets had yellow water in it, none of light bulbs match in the home, some are already burned out, the batteries are already going dead in the smoke alarms, and again the bugs are awful. When it rains, water puddles form in the garage. You give them your email address, then you have to confirm it again in the residential portal and sometimes the app doesn't even work and cannot give details about anything. You'll never meet anyone from this company even if you demand for a landlord to come out. Believe the bad reviews. This company is pure garbage. You can see in the photos proof of the bugs, rain leaking in through the door, rain soaked in through the carpet, the door frames that are not fully sealed. Again, I cannot stress this enough, RUN!! This company sucks."
