"NEVER will use their mailing service again can’t be trusted. Staples lost my package to mail back to merchant claimed that it was mailed, but UPS says it was scanned in and but never received. Even though management covered the cost of the item this theft has caused unnecessary stress. Extremely dissatisfied with service. Updated 3/5 I hope you find out who stole my merchandise and deal with it appropriately. It is extremely frustrating that I was unable to have what I needed for my trip. The money paid to me dose NOT cover the problems this caused."
