Somerset Apartments

"Lived with a friend until school started and moved back home. People say it's clean and it's not. There are pot holes everywhere. There is no land lady on sight and thus there are several parties and people coming onto the property that don't even live here. The swimming pool was never cleaned out or filled when water was dropped below the filter level. The doors near the highway are always unlocked and anyone off the highway could walk in, which they do all the time. The "Security" guy drives through the parking lot and never checks inside the buildings for problems. When you need help it's like twisting the land lady's arm to get anything done, best call the cops to get something done otherwise she won't come take care of the problem. Honestly wish this apartment complex had someone on site for problems and simple help, and not some young land lady that lives off site and has no idea who she is renting to and the real problems that happen around that place. Not safe and the only thing that seems clean is when yard work gets done. Otherwise there are bugs and loud collage kids that like to party all day and night. Rent maybe somewhat cheap but I would save your money for an apartment complex that is safer and the land lord actually wants to take care of problems and people, not pretend everything is okay and do nothing."

"Buildings stay clean. Very nice refurnished apartments. The manager is amazing. Over all love the place."
