"We were told about this place when our daughter's appointment was made. We gave all out information and was told a referral was going to be made for us to stay there and somebody would call us the day before to tell us when to check in. We hadn't heard from them by the afternoon so we called them. I was able to find messages and a map from the lady who said she was making the referral for us.They couldn't find the referral so I reached out to her and was told it would get done. We hadn't heard from them again about when to be there on the day we were suppose to check in there. All of our plans had to change, including where our older children were going to stay. They called us at 5 p.m. on the day we would have checked in and we told them we had to have our older children now and they said they didn't have a room and couldn't help with placement somewhere else. I really hope this doesn't happen to anyone else as it is stressful enough when your child is going through scary things."
"This place really is AMAZING! TONS of free food and snacks. HUGE covered porch in the back with a grill. A playground for kids. Many rooms that can be used for family to spend time together. The building is gorgeous. The staff were so friendly, I get the feeling they really do want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Very peaceful and quiet. MUCH nicer accommodations than I would be able to afford and it's FREE?!?!?! JUST WOW. I really can't say enough about it."

"Can never say enough thanks for this place! When my Grandson was born and needed to stay in the NICU his Mother usually stayed with him but on occasion would go across the street for a hot shower, good nights sleep-if that was possible, and some home cooked food. It was good for her to know she wasn't alone. She was treated as family there. My Grandson is turning 2 in 3 days! So all is well. Thank you!"
