Reviews of Bourgmont Lofts - Landmark Lofts
"Have only lived here a short time, but so far I'm happy with our apartment choice! The other tennants we've met seem like genuinely good and friendly people. We love the open layout and industrial / histpric brick vibe of the interior. Shout out to the property manager Chelli who has helped make both our apartment search and move-in a breeze. Super responsive. She put together an event for the tenants with bbq and a guitarist performer and she just really cares and wants people to enjoy living here. I haven't seen or experienced any issues with the gated parking like others have said. Also yes there is currently construction all around the building including work on a highway. But so far it hasnt been a noise issue at all, and I see it as progress and development which is good! That's what I want a city to do and I'll happily endure some construction in pursuit of a better city."
"This used to be a nice apartment when I first moved in. Since then, management has changed and there's non-stop construction, consistent parking issues (before and during construction), no notification from management for things like road/parking closures or utility shut offs, constant break-ins (people's vehicles and the building itself), brick dust constantly raining from the ceiling, water leaks through the walls and windows when it rains, unresponsive management that takes weeks to respond to requests, bogus charges on move out. Definitely not worth the "Luxury" price."
"Best place I’ve ever lived in KC! Everyone in the building truly treated each other like family, and always looked out for one another. The leasing office was so kind when stuff came up and took care of any problems in a very timely matter. Shoutout to Chelli, the nicest leasing manager! It was the most beautiful apartment I’ve ever owned (a dream loft!) with a gorgeous view of the sunset over the river. Some days I would walk down to a spot overlooking the train tracks and watch the sunset. It’s only a 5 minute walk to downtown - where the river market is, amazing pizza, ice cream, coffee shops, etc. And so reasonably priced! 10000/10 would recommend leasing there!"
"I recently moved into my new apartment, and the experience was incredibly smooth. The leasing agent was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout the move-in process. Overall, a great start to my new home!"
"Love these lofts located conveniently near river market and all of the parks, trails, and restaurants the area has to offer. City market center is a 5 minute walk away. My loft is large and spacious and located on the 3rd floor with a beautiful west view of the Missouri river. The units have been fully remodeled from top to bottom and have high ceilings, large open windows, exposed closets, and beautiful historic wooden columns and beams. All kitchen appliances and a full size washer/dryer are also included in the unit. I have had nothing but positive experiences with management - coming from AZ, Keri was available and quick to respond and was flexible in working with me. There are two gated parking lots or street parking (free), the lots cost extra but it has been worth it. The building gym is not huge, but has of the all cardio/weight lifting equipment you need. The building has been very quiet and includes a rooftop deck that overlooks the river, downtown, and river market. This has been an excellent place to reside! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a historic, spacious loft in the river market neighborhood."
