"These apartments are trashy and unfit for my family to live in! We have complained about the roach motel and electrical issues with the air conditioning all summer, and now it is the heat that is not working! I have taken pictures and showed them the exposed wire and mold that my children are breathing! Yet they do nothing. I will be taking it in my own hands, and we will see what Codes thinks of your useless handymans work! This place needs to shut down before lives are taken. How many fire just in the past few years from the lack of doing the work improperly? I know of a few of those fires as my son and his friends had to go and save a few people due to the incompetency of their handman lack of services! The staff is very rude and LAZY and definitely doesn't care about the renters' safety or the safety of their families! Oh not to mention they try to use the amenities to lure you in then when you go to take advantage they kick you out bc they want to go home early. Also when I was able to go swimming in the in door pool I could carve my name in the dirt ring around the side of the pool, I have an auto Immune system disorder and after that swim I was down for a month! Don't rent from this place if you value your family's life and if you don't want roaches..."

"Spacious but never answers service requests. It’s been 3 months and someone has now stolen my Christmas tree in the basement. Because they didn’t put a lock on my storage unit. Also you need to break the lease 2 months in advance or they trap you for another year. Also they hired a new lady for the front desk and she is snappy."

"I've lived here since April 2020. The staff has always been friendly to me. I rarely have issues with maintenance coming out to fix anything. They are also very nice and professional. I live in a Townhome and I don't have any issues with my AC or heater. I can live with the couple weeks of the year when it's hot or cold as the seasons change before they switch over. We have space heaters when it's cold and the heater hasn't been switched on yet. It's worth being able to have my AC at 68 in the summer and not have a $300+ electric bill. The only bugs I've seen are the spider crickets in the laundry room of my basement and occasionally house centipedes. Pest Control comes out every month for maintenance. I personally haven't had any issues living here. Maintenance has come out immediately when I called before the office was open when my heater wasn't working in the winter. When living in apartments, it's going to be hot when you're surrounded by other units. My MIL had to have her balcony door cracked open during the winter at her old apartment because she had 4 apartments surrounding hers. I enjoy living here and plan to until they day we purchase a house."

"I don't like to give bad reviews, but here goes. This complex is in dire need of new management. Judging by other reviews, I am not the only one to think this. My daughter lived there for less than a year. Maintenance issues were ignored repeatedly, and when Maintenance did show up they would enter the home unannounced. The AC situation is ridiculous. If you have any type of health concerns or are sensitive to heat /cold... do not live here. Paid utilities are great until the complex let your apartment get up to 98* for 3 consecutive days while you have a heart condition and 2 dogs. Do yourself a favor and budget yourself to live in a place you can afford with utilities."
