"I don't know why I would say it's great to live in on my Brooklyn New account! It's disgusting me and my mom lived there from 2017-2020 it was better when that one manager KC was there my mom also lived there with my brother when it was named Amber Glenns But to anyone who's reading this it's very ghetto 2 shootings and there's A BIG PROBLEM OF ROACHES I've never seen a mouse in there but I have seen a mouse terd when we were packing up I wish it was a better environment but it's horrible and hearing from a 9 year old typing this!! I can't believe you guys do this!"

"WORSE PLACE TO LIVE! I have stayed here with my four children and I don’t even let them go outside. They have BUGS!! And RODENTS!! They do not spray! They will charge you for appliances that you did not DAMAGE! They also say you only pay ELECTRICITY! This is FALSE!! They will wait till you move in and tell you to put the GAS in your name! They do not pay the trash service on time so there’s trash everywhere! They also do NOT fix anything!! Worse customer service and poor environment!! BEWARE! BEWARE!! BEWARE!!! So glad to be done with this place! UPDATE! I was trying to finish getting my belongings out of my apartment and the door look somebody got in it (no I did not enter) and when leaving I had to dam near run for my life because of a family of raccoons that live in the property ! I am so happy I am done with this complex it needs to be shut down. If you have children PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE that it is not safe!!"

"Terrible place. The insides might look nice, but the entire complex and the outside of the apartments are basically falling apart. Also terrible management. I called them scheduling a tour, and they never showed up. They sent me reminders till 2 hours before that the tour was still on but once I arrived I learned that the manager has never been there for the day due to an 'emergency'. I have told them I was coming out of town 4 hours away weeks ahead. Incredibly rude and incompetent management."

"I have been staying here since October of 2020 and I am done with this place. It is now march of 2021 and they just now put a peephole and number on my door. They have bugs and they do not spray. Pest control came in here and sprayed one corner of our house. DO NOT MOVE HERE."

"I have lived here for over 5 years and I have seen many mangers come and go, but the new manger is the best we have had. If there is any concern the new manager does her best to fix the issue. Yes there was alot of issues before but the process is coming along.The new remodeled apartments looks amazing. Keep up the good work. Love the new direction this place is going. Total turnaround"
