"I have left numerous messages and requested information for my Mom. Voicemail is full now and no answer. I have stopped at the office hours are 9am to 3pm at different times no one is EVER there. Not sure if it were free I would want my mom to live there!!! This to means if she had any issues wouldn't be able to get results."
"My grandmother moved into this place not 3 months ago. She has some very rude neighbors who harrass her and write her up over false accusations and the office management never spoke to her about the 'incidents' before she was sent a write up and eviction letter. We were able to get a meeting with management and get the eviction overturned. However the neighbors are knocking on her door harassing her again over false accusations and she is fearful of eviction yet again because of this. My hope with this review is to get attention from management and hopefully even the owner of this compelx so she might get a fighting chance to stay in this lovely complex. She has already made new friends and loves this place. I hope someone of power may read this and assist with any way we might get the problem fixed about the neighbors. It really is a lovely place if the bad seeds can be taken care of."
