"I lived here for 6+ years before I moved. The managers name is Eliza. She is very fair and easy to work with. She is huge on communication. If there is anything going on, make sure you communicate with her and keep her updated, and she will be happy to work with you. As far as the unit, it was clean, and the maintenance department responded immediately, even on weekends. There were issues with “bugs and such “ but they were addressed immediately. I moved out for personal reasons. If you are looking for a nice “NON SMOKING” community, I would recommend Bryant Manor."

"I used to live here when I was wayy younger. It was very fun playing with the kids there, I hope its still the same. The apartment had mice and cockroaches, and the balcony gave me splinters back then, but I didn't worry too much about it. I liked to ride my bike around here, it was very spacious on the basketball court. I dont have pictures but it was nice and fun. Every memory was worth being here :)"

"The place is quite good for those who has kids who are in Elm riding bus. But beside the croaches and mice the worse thing is you do not get the parking spot if you work at night. They extend the parking lots but you still do not have parking spot if you come home around 2 in the morning. If you park somewhere else you will be told that your car will be towed or tell you to park 3 minutes walk from your home at 3, 4 in the morning when it is not safe out there. One night i was on a trip with my kids and got back to apartment around 2 We were looking for parking spot around and we could not find any close to our apartmant my kids were so tired so i parked it where i was not suppose to park. The next day there was a ticket on it. All the apartment that i've lived they gave us one specific spot for you and you need two you have to pay for the other one. That was a good idea for the apartment. If i were the owner i have still lots to fix. And as one of a community leader i will not suggest any other people if things are not fixed. I am now doing month to month and paying extra $50 for that since January. They want 30 days notice and already turned it in. Will be out soon."

"It is a very friendly place. You can find schools, pharmacies, and all kinds of restaurants nearby, all within waking distance. Grounds are well maintained and look clean. The Maintenance team is great. If anything isn't working, they respond immediately. Staff has been there for a long time, and they are awesome, always willing to help even with stuff that has nothing to do with the apartment. Lots of other places I've lived the management changes all the time. When issues have arisen, I get a detailed explanation of the circumstances, it gives me peace of mind that I've chosen the right place to live. If you're looking for a spacious, quiet place to live, you should come here."

"Neighbor was infested with roaches. I would not recommend living here. While food attracts animals and bugs they should have never been there in the first place, lousy excuse. Overall nasty place to live. Just make sure you know before you move in that you’ll be sharing rooms with the mice as well."
