"We have lived at Regents Walk for six years and obviously we like it since we've stayed so long. One of our neighbors has been here 24 years! We have a two bedroom apartment with a fireplace and a patio with a gas grill inside a privacy fence. We also have a single garage and a separate storeroom that's about 8'x12'. We love our patio and use it often. It's great for entertaining and taking out our dog and cat. One great feature is "hotel hot water." There is one big hot water heater for our whole building meaning you never run out. Regents Walk was built in the late 1960s so the decor is dated, with lots of dark wood, but the original construction is solid. Maintenance is excellent. Routine requests are often dealt with the same day. The walks and parking lots are shoveled or plowed the morning after a storm. We didn't like the refrigerator in our apartment so they took it out and let us install our own. Same for our kitchen faucet. The decor of the clubhouse with its fitness and party rooms is old-fashioned, but serviceable. The pool is a well maintained and rarely crowded. The residents tend to be retirees and older working folks, so the atmosphere is quiet. Each building has an entryway where packages are left, unless they have to be signed for in which case the office will take delivery."
