"One thing I love about this place is the maintenance. I've never lived in a place where the staff is so wonderful! Especially Marcus. This guy knows how to fix everything! I was so impressed with his skills and knowledge. He made sure I understood what he was doing and why. He's a great Teacher. He's smart, has a great personality, and friendly too. I feel so comfortable knowing that someone so awesome is helping with the upkeep of this place."

"Lived here in the past and had a great experience. The apartment was as expected, no complaints there. The key to my outstanding stay came down to the staff especially maintenance. Marcus was always prompt in answering any questions and always accommodated any reasonable request I had. Was always super friendly and took pride in keeping the place in working order. "I had an issue with maintenance, like you would at any apartment complex, but Marcus made it his priority to make sure my family and I did not have to suffer with the leaky toilet. Upon further inspection, he was able to find out one of the kids dropped a toy in there. He even said he’s got daughters as well and said one day he would bring his daughters by to have a play date. He was excellent and made us happy that we chose to stay here. Thanks again Marcus."

"Would NOT recommend renting here, and if I could put zero starts I would. When I first moved in the washing machine did not work. I had put a ticket in to get it fixed, and it took them a week to come look at it. When they finally did, they ended up replacing it but without checking it first. They took it from my unit with my clothes that were still in there. I then had to go to the office to get my clothes back. That summer my AC was out for almost two weeks. I called multiple times and they said they would send someone out with a portable AC unit- which no one ever did. I ended up having to borrow one from my mom (At this time the temperature outside was AT LEAST 95 degrees). At the time of move out, I was somehow charged for extremely questionable fee's. They stated that I never cleaned the carpets- which I did, including they stated there was a stench of wet dog; which I'm sure this excuse was just to additionally fine me considering they knew I had a dog. The mailboxes on the south side are trash. Someone could easily break into them. 0/10 recommend this place for the overall fee's; this rent is too high for the quality of facilities and lack of professionalism & reliability."

"Just moved in. I think my apartment is at the highest point of the property and I love my view. The grounds are wonderful. I’m excited for the pool to open this summer. Couldn’t be happier. Great place to live!! I’ve been here a few months now. Still love it!!"
