"When we first moved into the neighborhood in 2020, staff was helpful and maintenance was friendly and the neighborhood seemed safe. The last 3 1/2 years have not reflected the same attitudes from new staff/management. The staff is patronizing and speak to tenants like they are children. Maintenance always seems annoyed to do their job and inconvenienced. If you have a kid that drives, forget about anywhere to find parking. Same if you’re moving in with a bunch of roommates. The streets are packed with cars on the side of the road, tenants are even parking up on the curb in the grass so they can get extra parking. Cars are constantly get crashed into due to this. Cars are also frequently getting broken into. We no longer feel safe. Especially when you talk to staff and recommend they put out a notice to other tenants that vehicle are getting broke into, they never do. Also, when staff is told you’re thinking of moving out due to this, they just say, “we’re sorry to hear about that” in very condescending tone. There are certain tenants who will constantly let their dogs poop in other peoples yards and don’t pick it up. Some also leave the dogs tied up constantly barking in the public area where kids are running around playing. Rent also goes up at least 100-150 dollars every time the contract renews. For as much as this place charges, it is most definitely not worth your time."
"immaculate customer service. new dog park, which i take my dog too every morning. really wonderful establishment (and I'm an anti property management kinda guy) but what can I say, this company knows how to rent out townhomes."
"I moved to Lakeview Crossing in 2020 when it was fairly new. My rent started out at $1375.00/$2.00 Pest Control/$35.00 Monthly Pet Fee. The place was immaculate. I liked the fact that it was well secured (cameras inside/doorbell ring). Then, a year later, it started going downhill and fast. I had learned there was new Ownership. I found that sometimes 2+ families were living in 1 unit at a time. So many cars, yet people weren’t using their driveways which had cars lined up in the street, which made snow removal almost impossible to go through due to their parking conduct. The lawn isn’t kept up like it should be. The lawn people do NOT use weed trimmers (only mowers). I’ve always had to trim the weeds due to the lawn people ignoring my patio/front landscaping. Plus, I had to blow off the grass they left behind. The pool was overly packed w/kids that didn’t even belong there (the 1 guest rule no longer applied). You can’t move your chair; it must be lined up like the others (that shocked the hell out of me). PARKING FOR THE POOL IS A JOKE. There are 3 free/unmarked parking spots, which Office staff use 2. Which left 1 spot for renters. Otherwise, you must park in the street OR walk to the pool from your home. I lived the furthest down in circle drive. If I wanted to sign another lease, it would have costed me 1725.00. I DO NOT feel Lakeview Crossing is worth that. They don’t even have a dog facility like most. I gave my notice in Sept & moved 10/1/2023. October 1st, they charged me another pet charge for the month. NOV, I had to call the office to ask about my deposit + give them my forwarding address (they didn’t even ask). DEC 4th, I called asking where my deposit was. DEC 12th I finally received my deposit in the mail (extremely inappropriate). There are so many other facilities that offer SO much more luxuries (bigger pool, doggy park, coffee bar facility, movie room, bigger workout gym, use of the Clubhouse, etc.….) FYI: I’ve learned that Lakeview Crossing is now allowing section 8 living, SO BE AWARE!!!"
"The places are wonderful, they are always on top of maintenance issues, very quiet place to live, convenient to the store and really everything around you. And the staff is so friendly so understanding and very helpful if you communicate with them. I couldn’t have asked for better experience. Kayln is such a great specialist, she sees a problem she fixes it, the new manager who works there as well is very sweet, funny, and helpful as well. She heard about our issue and fixed it instantly. Great great service for sure"
"This place is a gem. I love living here! The units are nice and cozy! I was lucky enough to get a spot near the pond and it's always nice to wake up to those views. The nearby Hy-Vee and Walmart make this location really convenient as well. My dog loves going for walks here, with the large field near the center of the neighborhood, it's a perfect spot for him to get out his Husky energy! As nice as the units are though, the staff makes the experience all the better. They are always kind and courteous. Their patience is second to none and they will always do their best to help should it be needed! I would definitely recommend Lakeview Crossing for anyone looking for a cute, quiet neighborhood!"
