"They maintenance waited 4 months just to come look at my stove and still did not fix it he then came back 2 months later and finally got it fixed. My washer also wouldn’t drain since I moved there and I’ve been calling to get a new washer and still have not gotten a new washer now that I am moving after living there a year. They snuck in my house when I’m not home. They cut my wires to my internet box outside my home. They don’t answer the phone when you need an emergency. Got them on my security cameras looking through all of my things. Maintenance supposedly fixed my screen door and broke it more. Very rude neighbors they are so noisy and knock on people doors to create drama. They deactivated my key fob for the swimming pool and gym because we are a black family. They said say fixed it but never did it’s been 3 months. I would not recommend anyone to live in these places . They are too expensive to be that small."

"great place to live no complaints. there were multiple times i was late and they always worked with me. Laura is the best property manager ever. after living here for 4 years, I'm finally moving into my own house. My only complaint I would say is the constant plumbing issues in bathrooms and the ac unit always goes out when the seasons change. plus the cracks in the foundation leads to a bunch of insects getting inside. overall great experience"

"Beautiful homes, but they do keep hiking up the rent. The resident portal for maintenance is also nearly always down, and problems take a long time to get addressed. Good for a short term, but be aware of the large price jumps each year."

"It’s been a pretty nice place to live. There are not many ranch style townhomes for rent where there are no steps for someone like me, so that has been awesome! We haven’t used the gym or pool just yet. Looking forward to renewing our lease here soon. My only complaint so far is that maintenance can not seem to figure out why my breaker in the living room has started to keep blowing randomly over the last several weeks. Other than that we love living here."

"We lived here for a little over two years while we were waiting to build. It’s a great place to live. It was usually pretty quiet and if you have kids there are lots of other kids for them to be friends with in the neighborhood. I have nothing negative to say about our experience, but I do think the rent is a bit high for the area and space."
