"I toured the facility and a vacant two bedroom apartment. It was clean, pleasantly decorated, and beautiful. The manager Rachelle was very friendly, and helpful. Also was able to meet the maintenance staff Kevin, he was very friendly and helpful. Love this place management is awesome."

You can tell she really has a passion for what she does. In fact, all of the staff I have gotten to know here have been wonderful, and I can tell they truly care about their residents. "Be very careful of this place. This place advertises many supports for individuals who need support as a potential more affordable option to assisted living. In our family's experience, due to medical reasons, our loved one was unable to stay as it was not a place that had the necessary supports. Many times, you read about the scams associated with elder living facilities... This place in the quintessential money grab. Very disappointing as we did have to move our loved one to a more restrictive assistive living facility. Our loved one stayed a total of one night. The bill to move in totaled $4000. Please do not waste your time with this place. We explained our situation and they still held firm to paying 68 days of services for 1 night only. I could not be more disappointed in this place and could not stress the importance of avoiding them and the "a la carte" service they provide. This truly is an "elder" living apartment that takes advantage of the vulnerable. Very disappointing during a pandemic. Please do your research and avoid this place. I wish I could give them 0 stars."
