"I've been living in these apartments for almost 2 years. Because I got sick from covid, which I couldn't control. Which caused me to get help with my rent from Safhr for a year. Talina Knight posted a noticed on my door letting me know that my lease will be terminated. After Krystin told me that because it wasn't my fault that I could continue to live on the pri. All lies. Brentwood apartments has been through 4 property managers. Now that I finally got income, now it's not enough. They have kicked everyone out who received helped from Safhr with rent!"

"Went to tour these apartments and actually really love the place and I already paid the application fee thinking that I would get help finding a place but krystin was not so helpful. Basically said you have to put a deposit down before they start fixing up the place and if you don’t like it you won’t get your money back. I called around to other properties through iron door management and they stated that’s not exactly how they do things but hey just wanted to leave this review."

"Here at Retreat on 63rd, Sally Riley is our super, awesome, property manager - she answers all complaints, requests, questions, always with in 24 hours . She really listens and works to resolve issues. Sally is helpful, friendly, professional and cares about the condition/culture of the community in our complex. Sally has a good maintenance crew available to address property issues in a timely, professional manner. Complex needs a little work but available units are very nice, with all new interior and appliances. Raytown offers - quite neighborhoods, a great school - who transitioned beautifully during Covid - 19, a nice town, everything is close and close to everything. Call Sally, she can and will answer all your questions."
