"Hot water tank needed replaced within my first month there. AC unit was leaking in the bathroom, so they put a small unit in the bedroom and cleared the work order but never fixed the issue. And garbage disposal was leaking under the sink... $500 security deposit put down, and only got $142 returned... bit of a trash place and sketchy as he'll."
