Pepperwood Apartments

"We love living here. The office staff is top of the line and friendly especially the assistant manager we LOVE her. The amenities are unbeatable from the in unit laundry(especially with kids) to the pool and fitness center. The school district is one of the best in the area. We had only ONE issue while being here with our air conditioner in the summer of 2022 once I called the maintenance line someone was there within 10 minutes and the maintenance lady(I don’t know her name sorry) was determined and didn’t want to leave until she figured out what was wrong and she fixed it within 20 minutes!!☺️. We’ve been here since 2021 and have no plans to leave at least for another year or two when we buy our home. I would definitely recommend this complex."

"Current resident Overpriced! luxury price for no Luxury. The complex is poorly lit at night which cause cars vandalism. I've counted 4 light poles out; I was told that it must be 10 light poles out before anything can be done. The amenities are outdated: White Refrigerator, Brown Cabinets, Worn fitness equipment, and toilet. In order for my bd room vents to work I was told I must close other vents"

"So I’ve lived here for a few years with my daughter. At first everything seemed great, it’s nice enough. Has a decent pool and gym (although most of the equipment is broken or barely works). We didn’t have many maintenance issues the first year we were here but have had a couple small issues we needed fixed in the past 7 months, that’s how we encountered sue. She does some of the maintenance work around here and has been extremely inappropriate with my daughter on multiple occasions, even harassing her and her friend while they were alone at the pool one evening. she’s made comments about her clothing and body that have rubbed me completely the wrong way. The office has no regard for any reports of made, they pretend they care but the last two times I’ve made a maintenance request that same woman is sent into my home. We cannot wait to leave when our lease is up. Something is just off about this place. The safety of children does not matter to these people."

"My wife & I have lived at pepperwood for the last 2 years and have enjoyed it for the most part. The office employees Kalea & Victoria are always very helpful, responsive and willing to handle issues. Other places I’ve dealt with don’t even come close to the customer service they give. Maintenance here also is pretty quick, and one of the maintenance workers, Dennis, was also our neighbor. Dennis is always very friendly, is super knowledgeable, and has gone above and beyond on multiple accounts to help us with any issues we’ve had. The 5 star review is for the 3 employees I’ve mentioned. We are leaving due to a rent increase, but would have loved to stay if the increase wasn’t as significant as it is."

"This complex is a joke, they do not give out proper 24 hour notices of entering into an apartment, which violates the FHA. They also refuse to fix anything that is requested to be fixed. The office staff seems nice, but they honestly don’t care about their tenants. They refuse to provide proof of anything and also refuse to address problems. They violate the FHA on a daily basis and pretend that it isn’t a violation. I do not recommend this complex to anyone who is wanting to find a decent home to live in and grow in. You will have nothing but headaches and drama!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!"
