"My experience here has been overall amazing first and foremost. It’s a beautiful place to live. Amber The property manager is extremely helpful extremely sweet and the maintenance team is great I’ve never submitted a maintenance request and waited any longer than 48 hours to get it handled I’m not used to getting serviced right away. I’m so used to waiting days and days to get acknowledged, I can actually say it’s worth every penny staying here. I plan on being here for a while so I recommend anyone who’s interested & reading this comment go for it you deserve this. This place is amazing and it’s a wonderful place to call home"

"I have lived here for almost 5 years and want to start off by saying maintenance is amazing. You put in a request and they are there within a day or two to fix the issue. They are always pleasant and listen to the issue that is wrong or needs repair. The office staff is rude and never answers the phone. When they do answer they always have an attitude and have no answers and always like to pass the question on to somebody else, usually "The Manager" who never does anything with the concerns. Security and safety is worse then all of them. We have heard gunshots coming from the complex several times over the years. At least one person has been shot directly outside our bedroom window. We know that for sure because of the ambulances that poured in after the back and fourth gun fire we heard. Our cars were broken into 3 times over the 5 years, and when we called the office team all they said was "I'm sorry, did you fill out a police report?" We asked about a street light to be put in to possibly prevent potential theft, the office team said to put a work order in and nothing came of it. Cars speeding through the complex is another MAJOR issue. About 10 kids were at the bus stop getting on the bus when a car went speeding by the bus loading children. They could have killed several kids and nobody cares. Then 2 days later my PARKED CAR was hit by a driver going at least 40-50MPH which caused my car to be pushed into the 2 vehicles in front of me. I called the complex to see about speed bumps installed and Jennifer said she will let the management team know our recommendation, but yet again NOTHING CHANGES. I haven't even addressed the lack of parking where our building is. Leaving us to walk 300+ feet to our cars or park on the side of the main road. I would very highly recommend looking for an apartment elsewhere if you have children, nice or expensive things, or just value your safety overall!! I know that the "Mansions" apartments on Lee's Summit Road aren't that much more expensive and they HAVE to be better than this place. We can't get wait to get out of this place, both for our safety and to prevent further loss to our possessions. Hopefully some of you heed our advice, and save yourself a bunch of frustration and heartache."

"Just moved here a month ago. We really like it so far except for the laundry room. That's OK tho. Staff is super nice and understanding. Maintenence is fast and effective. The property is well taken care of. I plan on being here for a long time. Excited to spend our first Christmas here."

"My husband and I were downsizing. In August, Kristal and Jen were great at helping us get our first apartment after over 40 years of home ownership. They and the maintenance staff have been great. It is a nice, quiet place to live and convenient to anywhere in KC."
