"I recently went through a lengthy journey in finding an apartment. From the moment I toured Eastland Trails, I knew I wanted to make it my home. I toured on a Sunday which was unique and handy that the complex has weekend office hours! Brooke was extremely communicative (quickly responding to my questions over email and phone) and guided me through the entire process! She is so personable and kind! Complex is clean, parking very available, units well-maintained, and a good community."

"Anytime we have a maintenance request it is done super quick. Got new appliances and couldn’t be home to empty the fridge and they had actually done it themselves and put everything back neatly. Thank you guys!"

"This has been a nice community to live in. They are responsive to maintenance requests, and I enjoy the walking trail that is behind the property. My apartment is quiet and gives me the space that I need. The apartments are inefficient, and our utility bills overly high. They seem to try to charge and have price increase prices everywhere. They added a 'waiver program' about two months ago, which requires the tenant to pay a portion of the insurance on the building. It isn't the same as renter's insurance, because it doesn't cover your own personal belongings if something happens. It just covers the building itself. They are not allowing you to get your own renter's insurance after this year, because they want you to pay into this scam fund. Trash rates will be changing too next year, and will 'vary monthly,' so they can charge whatever they please. Overall, a nice place to live - just be aware of extra expenses and fees!"

"Put in a service request today to have some light bulbs changed and needed the laundry washing machine fixed. I was gone for 2 1/2 hrs and Tyler and Andrew swiftly gave me a new washing machine and changed the light bulbs today before I returned. Thank you so much!"

"From the get go, after having to move from a house I owned for 30 years and tons of searching, I came upon Eastland Trails. What a gem! My leasing agent Brooke Romi has been nothing but helpful, fun, stellar and accommodating. These apartments are beautiful and so well maintained. In spite of being so conveniently located to 291, 40 hwy and I-70, very quiet and little traffic noise. Beautiful landscaping, sidewalks, very well lit. I don't see how I could have chosen a better place to live. Recommend to anyone!"
