"This place was ok. Once management changed a few years ago, it seemed to decline. I had lived here a long time because it was the most affordable at the time. The amenities are nice. Neighbors are friendly. I will say I have moved in and out of those apartments for varies life reasons over several years and I was never charged any cleaning fees and always got my deposit back. I always left the place in excellent condition. I was charged over $230 this time for oven drip pans and acid washing the tub(which I thought they did anyways). I hand washed the drip pans myself and made sure everything was done. When asked why I was charged, the short answer is the stove is 15 years old and basically they needed to to be replaced. They weren't dirty and I didn't leave them in bad condition. Just normal wear and tear. My advice is to pay the $150 cleaning fee they suggest that covers everything because they will get it one way or the other."

"If I could give ZERO STAR, I would. I have lived here for over 3 years. Life happened and had the need to move out because they wanted $2400 for the 2 bedroom apartment I was living in. I can't afford that. And I can't afford another lease. Gave 50 days notice to vacate instead of 60 because I had to find a place to live. Paid all my bills and paid the full lease. Left the apartment clean and turned the keys in before my lease was even up. Guess what? This greedy place sent me an almost $4000 bill for being 10 days shy of the notice to vacate. Corporate greed at it's finest. Not only will this ruin my credit score but possibly my ability to rent again. Horrible experience! Please, DO NOT LIVE HERE. Some of my friends that lived here had the same experience. Management sucks! This whole place suck!"

"I absolutely love this complex! It is so clean, the amenities are great, and the customer service is excellent. I am thoroughly enjoying living here as a new resident. Joelle in the leasing office is incredible - she goes above and beyond for the residents. You can tell she really cares and genuinely enjoys what she does! Can’t really say enough good things about her or the complex."
