"Not worth the money. Things are very cheaply built/made. Landlord is never in the office. Some rules apply to tenants but not others!"
"Honestly, I would not rent any place here at all! The place honestly looks okay but is definitely not worth the money you pay for it. Maintenance honestly doesn't know what they are doing as we had them come out three times to fix our "broken dishwasher". Lastly, the property manager is not a good one at all from allowing one of our roommates that was on the lease to leave for reasons I have no clue, forced us to turn our gas on when we were in our last two weeks of being there, among other things."
"Upon first look at these town houses i was not the least bit pleased at all. I then learned about the changes in management and thought i would give it a shot. The place is improving greatly as there aren't as many loud tenants and etc. The place did not look over run by cars parked everywhere and the place is definitely starting to turn into a place that anyone could call home! The manager that is there now in place has done a remarkable job repairing any damages or any issues that arose. I would highly recommend living here as things are still continuing to improve."
"Horrible experience full of lies and TERRIBLE maintenance and property management. Our property manager, Jessie Glenn, guaranteed us that we were not required to pay a buyout at all due to the below list. I do not understand why we are being required to pay it? I also spoke with a Jennifer at the Lee's Summit office who stated that there was a payment date of 12/31/2016. I do not at all agree with even having to pay a buy out fee for the following reasons: 1.We have a leaking shower stall that is leaking through to the living room ceiling (the repair person Jessie sent out negligently failed to fix this). This has resulted in us not being able to use the shower for months. 2.A broken ceiling fan in another bathroom 3.A toilet that won't stop running water constantly that results in us having to shut the water supply off to the toilet. 4.A room ceiling fan that if you turn it on violently shakes to the point you think it will fall out of the ceiling. 5.Neighbors that are obnoxiously loud at all hours of the night. 6.These are the same neighbors that allegedly had 14 people living there for six months. We have done nothing but pay our rent on time only to be met with several inadequate services as well as MGC Leasing employees who are unable to answer an office phone or help us resolve an issue. Also keep in mind that back in February, Jessie was completely aware of the noise and over occupancy problem with our neighbors and guaranteed us we would be able to break the lease without any fees or a buyout fee."
"I would not rent from these people! They say one thing and do another. Example: after we moved out, we did a walk through with our landlord and she said she didnt think anything would be taken out because everything looked great. Then she said if the maintenance man says he has to repair anything, she would give us a chance to pay for the repairs at our cost and she would call me a couple days later to let me know. Well, needless to say that never happened. I contacted the owner of the building to tell her these things and she doesnt even get back to you promptly. In fact, i called 5 times and left messages 3 times and all she did was call me back once and i was working so i couldnt answer. We put in a work order to repair a towel rack bar in our bathroom that had fallen off about a month before we moved out. Did they ever fix it while we lived there? No...so what do they do? Charge us for that and multiple other things from our deposit. Resolution...nothing was what they said when we did the walk through. We were expecting to at least see 500 and not a chance. So don't look at your deposit like something you will get back because you may see a third of it."
