"The apartment layout of a perfect fit for me. All of the buildings are very nice and clean. I love the location- close to all stores, restaurants, and Town Center. It’s nice to be able to walk across the street and be in Park Place. There are always events hosted by the apartment. I love the amenities here especially the sauna. I have always had issues with loud neighbors until living here. Everyone is extremely nice and friendly. But the best part is definitely the staff. Super nice. Super helpful. Anytime I need something they are quick to accommodate. Everyone from maintenance, cleaning, and management is always friendly and helpful. Park Place is easily the best apartment complex I’ve lived at."

"Great staff and resident focused. As a newer resident I had a couple of maintenance related items and were cared for very timely. In fact one was resolved within an hour of logging the request. I am impressed at how they take resident feedback to heart. For example, some of the hallways were a little dim. As a result not only did they install more ceiling lights but painted and installed new carpet in all the buildings! It looks very nice. Friends and family that have visited are often impressed at the location, nice grounds, and apartment itself. In addition, everyone I have encountered has been so friendly and feels very much like a nice community. So far I have been very happy with my decision to make this my new home."

"I absolutely LOVE The Residences at Park Place. I moved here from New York City and i am happy with all of the amenities and conveniences that this community has to offer. It is a great apartment property. I have had the privilege of calling Park Place Residences my home for the past three years, and I can confidently say that it is one of the nicest places to live. My experience here has been nothing short of fantastic. The management team, especially Sarah, has been outstanding. Their dedication and helpfulness have truly enhanced my living experience. One of the many things I love about this community is its exceptional location. Having shops and restaurants within walking distance has added unparalleled convenience to my daily life. The neighborhood not only offers this convenience but also provides a sense of safety and a remarkably clean atmosphere, making it a delightful place to reside. Park Place Residences has exceeded my expectations in every way possible. I couldn't be happier with my decision to live here, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and safe living environment. "I signed a 15-month lease with Fogelman (previous management), then JRK properties took over and I soon regretted it. The thin walls made it unbearable, and when I complained about my noisy neighbor, management revealed my identity, leading to an aggressive confrontation from the neighbor. This was done while under Fogelman management. Many residents are unfriendly and judgmental. My next-door neighbor's verbal harassment, racial insults, and lewd uncontrollable behavior including late-night noise and her dog's aggression, made my life miserable. Despite multiple complaints & filing a police report, management (JRK) only suggested I move as a resolution. Instead of evicting the neighbor that is harboring aggression and ruining quiet enjoyment. Privacy is nonexistent; even whispers can be heard in the hallways and throughout your place. Maintenance ignores your requests and enters your unit regardless, as happened with my window cleaning. Complex upkeep is a mess: 1. Dog waste stations are often overflowing. 2. Dog owners don't clean up despite dog DNA records. 3. Common areas are poorly maintained. 4. Garages are dirty and rarely cleaned. 5. Maintenance is inept when it comes to resolving issues. 6. A Gatorade bottle sat in a stairwell for a month if not more. Legend has it, the bottle still is there. 7. Garage security is inadequate in the 5120 building, leading to car break-ins. Management will tell you to lock your car instead of actually installing a garage door that’s actually a door. Amenities are outdated, and using the updated ones costs $100 extra, not sure if it’s per month or one time fee. I would suggest asking management but they might not get to you until a month later. Trash management suddenly switched to valet-only without warning. Valet trash company is supposed to be out 5x a week, but they hardly make it 3x a week. Management is unresponsive and unhelpful. There's no emergency line or security. You're on your own for issues like a malfunctioning washer or dryer. Despite nice interiors, living here is a nightmare due to thin walls, poor maintenance, and uncooperative management. Nobody wants to renew their lease; the complex has gone downhill since new management took over."
