"Do not lease with them! The managers Tandy and the other lady were awful. They have so many evictions to their name because they purposely mess up your accounts/units, and do not make themselves available for contact so they can screw you out of your money. Not to mention it’s always nasty in the halls and outside and they don’t fix anything. Had messed up heating for a month and our oven was broke for months and never got fixed."

"They do not have an emergency maintenance line. There are leaks and broken appliances that the apartment complex does not fix. They give residents the run around. They are slum lords expecting people to live in horrible conditions. No matter how many work orders are put in they do not fix the problems. When there is an attempt to fix something in an apartment, they send incompetent maintenance people who do more damage to the apartment instead of fixing the problem. Yet say the order was completed. Not to mention they let more than the amount of people live in apartments. The unit in the floor above sounds like people are going to fall through at any time! There are definitely more than the law allows for people living in there! The walls are very thin! You can hear the neighbor's conversations and other stuff I would rather not hear. Management is incompetent of running the apartment complex. Nor are they available, most of the time the are not on the premises or in office. They do not answer calls. They should be investigated! Then revamped or bought by someone or a company that would be competent of providing a respectable and decent place to live. If I could give less than one star, it would be a negative number!!"

"I lived in these apartments from February to May and it was hell. The property manager is hard to get ahold of, I had a roof leak and messaged her everyday for a week with no response. At the end of breaking my lease there were roaches in my apartment, and maintenance would just let themselves into my apartment with no message or written notice. It was a cheap place to live but I guess you get what you pay for. I would not recommend living here and your money is best spent elsewhere."

"Manager on property has certain resident that are her pet unit snicks. she doesn’t like you she will find any little charges or damages. that she can to tack on rent weather it’s in side your unit or outside she gives you a 3 day eviction notice and raises your rent to over $1000.00 a month when rent and shared Utilities are no more than $750.00 !!"

"My family has resided at Stoneybrook for 2 years. We find it very affordable without sacrificing anything. Manager and maintenance are not only friendly but always available and quick to address any issue's. The apartments are within walking distance to everything. Highly recommended."
