"The location 10/10. Management horrible takes 3-5 business days for a response also drives through the apartment bad outta h*ll. Pool is extremely small and always needing maintenance done. Don’t get a 2nd or 1st floor because you hear everything. I’ve been in almost so many wrecks in this apartment comeplex do to the lack of stop signs. Not worth the money. “Your” porch is basically shared with your neighbor the amount of times they cross your area. The “park” was closed for a good month. The trash container is always having issues."

"The size of the pool is very lacking for the occupancy of the complex, more like a pond than a pool, especially after you have half a dozen people in the pool and there's nowhere to move or for kids to play. Parking can be an issue too. Rent is highly over-inflated at this property with considerable repeated huge increases in the past 3 years."

"I recently moved in and the office staff and maintenance are some of the nicest and friendliest I have ever worked with. This is run like a community and not just a business. It seems as if they genuinely care and want to make this a nice community for all. I'm happy to have found an apartment here. I have rented for years and it's rare you come across a community like this one. Update 09/22: I just resigned my lease. Katie and Candice are the best. They are always willing to work with you if any issues come up. They take care of it quickly and professionally. They even go above and beyond. I've had nothing but great experiences here. They know everyone here and you can stop in the office and chat with them, you're not just a tenant on a piece of paper. This company didn't do crazy stuff during the crazy rent increases after the pandemic. It's just business as usual here. Our new maintenance man is great too, very knowledgeable, friendly and quick. I'm happy to have found this complex."

"My kiddos and I have lived here for the past 3 years and we love it. The pool, pond and playground offer entertainment for my kiddos and I love sitting on my partially enclosed porch drinking coffee in the morning. It is close enough to the Legends and highway 70 to make shopping convenient but also has a quiet out of the way feel."
