"I was a tenant at these NASTY, NEVER MAINTAINED RUNDOWN RAGEDY APARTMENTS. I HAD THE CITY INSPECTOR OF WYANDOTTE COUNTY KANSAS COME AND INSPECT THE APARTMENTS AND A PASSING SCORE IS 25 POINTS ARE UNDER MY UNIT FAILED SEVERALY BY 165 POINTS , WALTER TGE APARTMENT MANAGER IS NOT A REAL MANAGER ONLY FRIENDS WITH SLUMLORD WILLIAM SUO THE OWNER . DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT EVER RENT ANY PROPERTY FROM WILLIAM SUO I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT !!!! AND DO NOT BELIEVE THE VERY FAKE 4 STAR POST BECAUSE IN FACT THERE IS NO REAL PROPERTT MANAGER OR A MAINTENANCE CREW, THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND WILL LIE TO GET WHATTHEY WANT ..
