Had a couple speed bumps on move-in (understandably), most of which were addressed immediately or within hours. We were pleased with how quickly those issues were resolved, and the rest of my lease term passed without any concern. The streamlined move-out process was a breeze, they were thorough, detailed and an absolute pleasure to work with, and my deposit was returned very quickly! Advice for those moving into a MetroKC property: set up auto-pay in Appfolio (also, use the app), and coordinate for your move out cleans (carpet, etc) in advance because so many people are leaving town around the same time, the carpet cleaners and maid services book up quick."
