"If I could give 1 star I would. Absolutely the worst apartment complex I ever lived in. I always paid my rent on time, kept my apartment spotless, and cleaned the place to perfection before moving out. I was purchasing a home and informed management of this. They lost the money order for my last month of rent that I placed in the deposit box and on top of that they kept several packages that were delivered to that address after I moved out. They charged me $3,800 for breaking my lease by 2 months and I was out the money from the last money order because they lost it. During the summer our ac went out and it took over a week for it to be repaired. Would not recommend what so ever."

"Low rent, and even lower quality apartments. Appliances are cheap and from the early 1990’s. Carpet and vinyl flooring are fine, but not great. Cabinets are cheap builders’ grade, and from the 90’s, too. The owners only allow online payments for rent, but the online payment method charges a fee for each electronic transfer, which you have to pay for in addition to your monthly rent payment. And if you have a pet, you have to pay a monthly additional rent for the pet, starting from $50 a month and up. And that’s AFTER you pay the initial nonrefundable pet deposit of $500, just to get the pet in the door. Basically, you pay too much just to live here, and it only gets more monthly fees added to the monthly rent for things like pest-control, rental payments for your pet(s), and the electronic transfer fees that the app charges when you’re making the monthly rent payment. If you can live somewhere else, then you should definitely consider going there, but if this is the only place you think you can afford, add another ~$20-$80 a month to what you thought you would be paying to live here, because you will be paying that every month just for the added fees."

"I've lived here since before Axiom took over and renovated the apartments. If not for a great opportunity, I would not be leaving. I have absolutely no complaints with the onsite property Management team. Anytime I sent in a work request it was promptly met and fixed right. My neighborhood was quite and a great bonus was I had a great view of storms! I'd definitely live here again. Thank you Lisa and Juan!"

"Our AC went out during the hottest part of summer when I called and told them what happened they did everything they could to keep us cool.. they brought fans over, portable AC units, and did whatever they could to vet th HVAC people over to our apartments. With the HVAC people being so busy they managed to get them to our apartment in a reasonable amount of time. Nit as quick as we would have wanted them to be here, but it was quicker than normal. They even took the time to come over and see how hot it was and brought even more fans! When the HVAC people did make it over they got it fixed pretty quick, and now it runs like new. When there is a problem or something needs to be fixed they are always right there either the same day. Or the next. We have lived here since 2019, and we just renewed our lease for another year. We will be here until we start the house buying process. The management and upper management were amazing during this challenging and, hot time!"
