"I wish i could say something nice but right now NO! We have been waiting for psych evaluation/ consult for months since Jul 2023 coz there was no opening for ealier. Coming today Feb 1, 2024 to the appointment, they told us that our appointment was cancelled ( NOBODY informed us since Oct 5 when they did it!) And was moved to November 2024!! A phone call or email would be nice. So much for mental health !"

"My son went there and they was ALWAYS putting him on a new medication. They are pull happy and I DONT AGREE WITH THERE BEHAVIOR THERAPY! I wouldn’t tell anyone to take there kid/kids there."

"when my daughter was seen there her medication appointments' were cancelled all the time she was going to therapy and they just said she is not making progress and quit seeing her she now has case management through there and her case manager on home visits plays uno with her that is not what she is to be doing so i am trying to find her services that will help her now and is a struggle to do just that i have had case managers walk out during a crisis what kinds of services do they provide that helps them during med appointments they say only can do med changes nad refused to help with any thing else this place is crazy and would not refer anyone to them"

"Daughter was closed out of services without being notified or my consent!, Appointments cancled without me cancelling, leave messages with younger receptionists for nurse practitioner messages not forwarded to her no call backs after numerous attempts to get medication refilled! BUT WAS VERY HAPPY with NP Dawn & Counselor Tiffany Thank u to them!! Communication is key people in mental Health and keeping our kids safe!!"

"My daughter continuously has her appointments canceled every month so we will be finding a different place for her. Tiffany one the Counselors is really nice but it defeats the purpose of making appointments and changing my work schedule if they're just going to be canceled."
