"The place was ok in the beginning manger was nice people was ok but my people right across the way always had to keep there light on because they never replaced security light by the stairs be careful who u meet there to there are some mean people there so beware so good luck if u want to live there the manager name is Heather I thought she was ok but she not that my thought everyone is aloud there comments so good luck everyone who moves there"

"This place needs help, We are without a manager and maintenance yet once again.. Paperwork is never right , cant get anyone to answer the phone.. They pushed out the last manager for trying to help the tenants here. Some apt have black mold it is just a mess, and yes the big hole in the parking lot is still here.."

"I started visiting here a year ago and wouldn't send anyone here. Owners won't fix parking lot and it keeps getting worse. There are elderly and disabled people in wheelchairs who for years have had to endure navigating a large crater to enter or leave. The entrance has deteriorated to so many holes it's almost not safe driving in or out. Requests to fix the parking lot has been brought to the managers attention by residents and visitors for years but still owners do nothing."

"Front building is newer and nice. Back building has some age on it. Being updated and brought back to life. Backs up to the woods. Edge of town, close to Smithville lake."
